Hi empowered athletes!
Ski instructor, sailor, sailing coach, kinesiologist, manager, mentor to new personal trainers, and powerlifter are all hats that I’ve worn or continue to wear. Regardless of the hat, you’ll always see me light up when I get to share my expertise with others that are looking to learn. The only other thing I’ve found that brings me joy and connection like that is discovering how epic nature can be (where my mountain lovers at?!).
When it comes to personal training, I believe my purpose is to not only provide quality programming, but to show my clients that they’re capable of so much more than they might initially think.
